Dr. Margalit is an experienced entrepreneur, manager, and accomplished technologist. He is an active inventor with over 70 granted US patents in leading-edge technologies in optical communication, LED lighting, thin-film transistors, sensors, and 3D imaging on his name.  He has founded three start-ups based on technologies he has developed, including ViaGAn, Xinova and Lambda Crossing. For these companies, he has raised a total of over $50M of funding and has successfully built, managed and implemented their product and business development plans.

Dr. Margalit holds a Ph.D., MSc, and BSc from the Technion.  After receiving his Ph.D. he spent two years as a visiting scientist in MIT, Boston, USA, working on quantum optics.

Mr. Mizrachi has over 25 years of experience in the high-tech industry both as an employee and an employer. In his last position, he founded Kedem Technologies, a company that provides solutions in photonics, MEMS and semiconductors, by introducing the technologies to the market and providing practical solutions.  At Kedem Technologies, Mr. Mizrachi represented international companies such as XFAB, Fabrinet and other in Israel.

Prior to his role in Kedem Technologies, he held executive director of sales and marketing positions in several hi-tech companies and co-founded and managed a software house.  He has provided consulting to nascent companies in defining their products and raising funding, and also held managementroles in large-scale international companies, including M-systems, Amdocs and ClassX.

Mr. Mizrachi holds a B.Sc. in electronic engineering from the Tel-Aviv University and Executive MBA from Bar-Ilan.
